UCLA EMS only bills those patients who are transported to an emergency department by ambulance. Fees are set according to the Los Angeles County Department of Health Services General Public Ambulance Rates Schedule.
We contract with an outside billing company, Wittman Enterprises, LLC, who processes the billing of all our ambulance transports. Please direct all billing related inquires to Wittman Enterprises, (800) 906-6552. Please have your Run Number or Incident Number available when calling.
*New – UCLA EMS has just added the ability to pay your ambulance bill online. We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express & JCB (Japan Credit Bureau). Please have your invoice available when making an online payment.
